Leasing a home with us...

The process to view and lease one of our properties is pretty straight forward. No preferential treatment is given to any applicant for additional communication. Given we receive an average of 50-100 inquiries per property, we try to keep this simple. 


1.  DRIVE BY:  We ask all persons interested in a home take a moment to drive by and confirm the neighborhood, aesthetic, and general condition of the exterior be to your liking.  It is our policy that no showings will be granted without first driving by the property.  When doing so, please do not disturb current tenants as it will negatively affect your application.

2.  APPLY:  If certain this is the home you want, apply now! Tenants are considered once an application is received.  If available, a private showing may be arranged after an application has been processed. For hot properties, we strongly suggest filling out an application so you do not miss the opportunity to rent the unit.  Please visit the properties page to fill out an application!  

3.  IF NEEDED, VISIT OPEN HOUSE:  We typically have open houses for interested parties to see the interior of the home.  If you are uncertain about applying, please try and attend an open house.  It is not guaranteed that all homes will have an open house, but a simple text to 858-779-4223 during business hours will confirm either way.
